We ship worldwide via Canada Post.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the product weight and the destination of the order. Shipping rates will be displayed during the checkout process. Orders are processed and shipped within one-two business days, if all items are in stock. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse. If you select a trackable method of shipping, tracking number will be sent to you in shipping confirmation email.

Gvello Stitch is not responsible for undelivered merchandise due to incorrect address information provided by purchaser or misdirection by the carrier.
Certain shipping methods may not be available for some locations.
Gvello Stitch accepts no responsibility or liability for undelivered merchandise if you select a shipping method which does not include tracking number.
International Shipping Services
Items ordered for delivery outside of the Canada may be subject to import duties and/or additional taxes or expenses. You are responsible for payment of any such duties and/or additional taxes. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
